patient is unhappy with the service, he felt he was previously judged, he was offered no help, his CPN worker was a good listener.

it is suggested that other support is available to clients such as looking after the house or kids. Also, the patient wanted more understanding and less instruction giving.
patients need to know about medication side affects.

she requested a female healthcare professional, but this wasn't always available.
also, sometimes healthcare professional turn up without an appointment, and she prefers if the visit is arranged with her.

I really appreciate everything that everyone has done for me. But in-particular, three members of staff; Cheryl Stanfield; Sophie Giles; Lyndsay Davies have all been particularly helpful and deserve recognition for this.

The staff did their upmost to look after me. More than their 100% into looking after me.
